1. Ordering Goods
All products are subject to availability. The display of products on our website serves as an invitation to treat and does not constitute an offer to sell those goods. The offer is made when you place an order for your selected products. If any products you have ordered are out of stock, delayed, or priced differently from what was shown on your order, we will attempt to contact you via email. If we do not receive a response, we will fulfill the remaining items on your order. We will not supply replacement products without your explicit approval. 2. Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Here is what you need to know:
Returns: You may return items up to 28 days after dispatch, provided they are in marketable condition. To initiate a return, fill out the contact form provided with your parcel and send the items back with all necessary paperwork. The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
How to Return Items: To return part or all of your order, please complete the contact form sent with your order.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned items, provided they meet the return criteria.
